Mountain biking is getting more popular. This is a good thing, as it is actually really good for you. Yes there are some dangers involved, but there are loads of mountain biking health benefits that outweigh the risks.     I had no idea that mountain biking was considered a low impact activity or that it provides so many health benefits. 

    It sounds fun especially if it’s done in a group setting.  This activity seems like a great way to enjoy the outdoors.

    I will definitely be looking into incorporating mountain biking into my workout routine.
