The Nukeproof Blackline clothing range has just been expanded upon, with some great items designed for all weather conditions. Nukeproof already had some great looking and performing jerseys and shorts. Now the Nukeproof Blackline range includes waterproof jackets and shorts to protect you from the elements when out on the trails.
Nukeproof Blackline Waterproof Jacket
The Nukeproof Blackline Waterproof Jacket is designed for autumn and winter riding. It is fully waterproof, but also breathable. These are the two main things to consider when buying a jacket for mountain biking.
It is a lightweight jacket, but waterproof to 20,00mm2 and breathable to 20,000gsm. Even though it is very breathable, sometimes you will want some extra air around your armpits. Therefore, Nukeproof have put some zipped vents under the arms.
The fit is specific for mountain biking, so you won’t feel restricted when the terrain gets technical. When the weather turns particularly bad, you can put up the over helmet hood. This is adjustable, so it will fit over whatever helmet you have.
The Nukeproof Blackline Waterproof jacket has a subtle, but cool style and comes in either black or blue. It also has bonded waterproof pockets, an audio pocket, high-quality trims and subtle Nukeproof branding.

Nukeproof Blackline Softshell Jacket
The Nukeproof Blackline Softshell Jacket, is ideal for a riding on a damp day, or to wear overt your flannel shirt in the pub. It is water resistant to 15,000 and has a DWR coating. This makes it a good choice to wear during light rain and showers. The inside has a waffle like lining that is designed to be warm and breathable. Just like the waterproof jacket, the hood is adjustable to fit over your helmet. While the sleeves are a raglan style, to ensure your range of motion is not restricted.
The two front pockets provide space to stash some essentials within easy reach. It has usual Nukeproof quality and finished with subtle embossed branding and logos. It comes in two colours, red and black.

Nukeproof Blackline Waterproof Shorts
When riding in soggy conditions, waterproof shorts make a huge difference to your comfort. The Nukeproof Blackline Waterproof Shorts will make sure your bum is nice and dry all day. The Cordura material used in these shorts are tough, stretchy and provide protection from the elements. They are waterproof to 10,000mm2, which means they will keep the water out in the most torrential of downpours. The beathability of the Nukeproof Blackline waterproof shorts is 10,000gsm, meaning you will stay as comfortable as is possible.
To make sure they fit you properly, these shorts have internal adjustable Velcro tabs. Therefore, they are not going anywhere, even if you fill the two front waterproof pockets.
